The pigs weigh between 100 and 120 kilos.
A Duroc – Piétrain – Landrace cross, raised on straw bedding, fed with cereals and vegetables from our own fields, aged between 6 and 9 months.
Carcasses are delivered split in half, unpackaged.
The carcass includes:
Belly (fat, neck, meat for sausages)
Shoulder (steak, boiled meat, shoulder)
Ribs (flank, baby back ribs, chops)
Ham (cuts, ham, roast, shoulder)
Feet (front and back)
Head
